Singapore, 12 September 2019 - Cesar’s Recruit: Asia Season 3, presented by Subaru, is back in search of aspiring dog trainers in the region. Eight participants from diverse backgrounds across Asia – Singapore, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand – will vie to become the next “Cesar's Asian Recruit”.
Unlike past seasons, the focus for Cesar’s Recruit: Asia Season 3 now centres on the trainer, not the dog. Before contestants are taught the hard techniques of dog training, they must first prove they understand the foundational aspects of dog training. This is inspired by Cesar's motto of "Better Humans, Better Planet".
Cesar’s Recruit: Asia Season 3 will see contestants presented with real-life challenges that most dog owners today face. The contestants, aged 28 to 54, will compete in gruelling tasks designed to test their fortitude and resilience, to become the ultimate pack leader. They will have to prove themselves capable of demonstrating the right temperament, disposition and energy required for pack leadership, in order to avoid elimination. One contestant will be eliminated following each challenge. The winner of Cesar’s Recruit: Asia Season 3 will hold the title of “Subaru Ambassador” for one year.
"I am excited to partner with Subaru once again to bring Cesar’s Recruit back to Asia. We strive to continue to educate viewers on animal welfare and the roles responsible pet parents should play in their lives. We are focusing on building happy, healthy and balanced relationships with dogs,” said Cesar Millan.
Cesar’s Recruit: Asia Season 3 will premiere on 29 September 2019 Sunday at 10.30pm on Mediacorp Channel 5, Singapore's number one English mass entertainment and lifestyle channel for the entire family. Cesar’s Recruit: Asia Season 3 is produced by Refinery Media.
