SINGAPORE, 29 June – Motor Image Enterprises is aware of recent media reports regarding a voluntary safety recall issued for certain electric vehicles (EVs), including the Subaru Solterra, concerning battery Electronic Control Unit (ECU) software.
Following technical verification with Subaru Corporation (Japan), we wish to assure our customers that Subaru Solterra vehicles distributed in our region do not utilize the affected software configuration or component batches involved in the recall. Vehicles in our market are unaffected by this issue.
Our vehicles continue to operate safely according to the manufacturer's engineering specifications.
