General Terms & Conditions

¹ Refers to Motor Image Enterprises Pte Ltd.’s appointed agent, which is responsible for processing COE renewal administration and loan applications. To qualify for this Promotion, the COE renewal process and any loan application must be arranged exclusively through the appointed agent.

² Applicable to 10-year COE renewals, subject to fulfilment of the applicable criteria set out in the Promotion table. Eligible customers will receive up to two (2) years’ worth of servicing, comprising one (1) “Subaru Value Preferred” Package which includes two (2) Subaru Service Package A & two (2) Subaru Service Package B+, to be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended service interval of every six (6) months or 10,000 km, whichever occurs first. All terms and conditions applicable to the “Subaru Value Program” shall apply in conjunction with the Company’s General Terms & Conditions of Service. Service packages provided under this Promotion are strictly non-transferable and may only be utilised for the vehicle registered under the Promotion. Such service packages cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, converted into cash or credit, or substituted for any other benefit. For the avoidance of doubt, any add-on packages or additional services offered at the respective service intervals are excluded from this Promotion. The purchase or subscription of such packages or services shall be entirely voluntary and at the customer’s sole discretion and expense and shall not form part of the promotional benefits provided under this Promotion.
