Gua Bao   刈包

Gua Bao is often known by its English name, “Taiwanese hamburger” or “Taiwanese taco”. This is the classic original Taiwanese style stuffed with slowly simmered braised pork belly and traditional Taiwanese condiments such as pickled mustard green and peanut powder.
The braised pork belly recipe is available on Street to Kitchen Asia's website.
