Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• To establish and maintain a positive relationship with Subaru customers and ensure a good experience from the purchase of car to new car delivery.
• Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries; otherwise direct any technical/high importance concerns from customers to the various departments.
• Following up on outstanding enquiries within the assigned time frame.
• Keeping records of all customer communications and transactions; and assisting in preparing the monthly customer service reports for evaluation and improvement of the customer service processes and programs.
• Assist in rolling out customer service programs and ad-hoc events.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder in any field.
• Possessing 1-2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Good in communication skills and eloquent in English.
• Willing to work on 5 days work week + alternate Saturday.

Operations Executive (Regional Security)

Responsibilities

• Responsible of monitoring and auditing day-to-day operations in relation to security awareness.
• Conduct weekly visits to various business locations, work closely to implement and activity records during site visits.
• Establish and update Standard Operating Procedures/Flowchart for various business locations.
• Prepare reports on weekly basis for any updates and improvements carried out for various sites.

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' level or higher.
• Candidates from security industry or possess security related working experience will have an added advantage.
• Able to perform duties independently.
• Good team player with passion in this industry.
• Open to travel overseas for work purposes.

Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide superior administrative support and secretarial assistance.
• Plan travelling schedule and coordinate ahead travelling itinerary including flight, hotel, transport, dining arrangement etc.
• Prepare agenda and make arrangement for business meetings.
• Coordinate/manage projects and follow up across the diverse business units in the region.
• Preparation of meetings and minutes taking.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
• A team player who is able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and experience in planning, coordinating and managing meetings.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Pre-Delivery Inspection Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Quality Control inspection on all new car prepared by PDI technician.
• Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors for preparation of new car to meet delivery date.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
• Nitec Holder with at least 2 years of working experience(Engineering).
• Possess a vaild Thailand Driving License.

Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and safety of allocated premises.
• Monitor activities and report on daily operations to enhance safety and security at allocated sites.

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Candidates with security related working experience will have an added advantage.
• Able to perform duties independently.
• Good team player with passion in this industry.
• Willing to work shift hours.

Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Attend to all intakes of customers' cars for repairs and servicing.
• Administer all documentations for costings, claims and vehicle service history.
• Prepare job orders as to customers' needs.
• Ensure all customers' issues and complaints are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec in Automotive Technology/Mechatronics.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in automotive industry.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Service Technician (Automotive)

Responsibilities

• Performing basic servicing, troubleshooting and mechanical repair of vehicles.
• Any ad-hoc duties required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Nitec/Professional Certificate in Automotive related field.
• At least (4) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work on five days work week + alternate Saturday.

Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Picking parts orders for counter, workshop and accident claim and ensuring that quantity is right.
• Packaging goods for export.
• Binning of stock.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification in 'N' level.
• Must possess valid Forklift license.
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office.
• Physically fit as employee is expected to carry heavy parts for packaging and binning.
